During fall, I realized that something was seriously lacking from my wardrobe. I owned sweaters, I owned turtlenecks, but I didn't own any turtleneck sweaters. Which is pretty ridiculous for someone who previously raved about turtlenecks on her blog (you can see that here.) So I set my mind to finding one on Black Friday. After searching through five different stores and finding nothing that fit my vision, being on the verge of defeat, I spied this cable knit one on a mannequin in Old Navy. It was as if the store dimmed and a single spotlight shone directly on this cozy beauty. Oh, and a chorus of angels sang a single triumphant note. I love a piece like this that is effortlessly stylish... and warm. Warmth may be my number one priority right now.

On another note I recently discovered these adorable bandana bibs, aka bibdanas, from Copper Pearl. They're simply ridiculously adorable, soft, and come in so many different colors and styles. Plus they're super absorbent so if your babe is a little more on the drooly side, these will keep them from soaking their shirts! I love that I can spice up a simple onesie just by adding one of these. I have a small collection going and I'm pretty sure I'll be buying Lily the blush set for her birthday in a couple of months... I may be a little obsessed with them! You can enter to win a set of your choice! Check out this post here to see how!

  1. My little one has those exact leggings. (: Eve looks so cute looking up to you like that, and that hat on Lily! <3

    I find I like the fit of a turtleneck or cowl necked sweater a lot more than a plain old sweater. Might be really weird to say, but it's totally true. Oh, and there's that little something extra factor the neckline adds. Can't beat that. (;
